  • Private car tours are priced per car (up to 6 guests) with an English-speaking driver-guide. Your itinerary can be adjusted on the day.
  • Lempuyang photo queues can take 1-3 hours in busy months.
  • The 'reflection' in the famous photo is made with a mirror by local photographers (small tip).

  1. Prices are per ticket in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes. You pay the total shown at checkout – there are no hidden booking fees.
  2. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Your e-ticket or voucher is emailed to you, usually within 24 hours of booking.
  3. Carry your passport; attractions and tour operators may check the lead traveller's ID against the booking.
  4. Child prices follow the operator's own age rules, checked on the day. If a ticket type doesn't match, the difference may be charged there.
  5. Pickup times are confirmed by the operator the day before. Hotel pickup covers the main tourist areas (for Bali: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur and Ubud); other areas may have a small surcharge.
  6. Bookings are valid only for the date on your voucher. To change the date, contact Plantenium before the day – changes depend on availability.
  7. Boat trips, treks, dives and water sports can be cancelled for weather, sea conditions or volcanic activity. If the operator cancels, you get a full refund or a new date.
