Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. “Local storage” and “session storage” work the same way but stay in your browser and are never sent to us automatically. We use both to make the website work and to show content from Instagram and Google.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics cookies.

These are needed for the website to work:

• Sign-in cookies (set by Supabase, our sign-in provider) – keep you signed in to your account. Last until you sign out or the session ends.
• plantenium-cart (local storage) – the activities and visas in your cart. Kept until you pay or remove them.
• plantenium-checkout-item (session storage) – the item you chose with “Buy now”. Cleared when you close the tab.
• plantenium-currency (local storage) – the currency you picked for showing prices.
• plantenium-cookie-notice (local storage) – visitors in Europe only: remembers that you accepted the cookie notice.
• plantenium-inquiry-draft, saved hotel and flight searches, plantenium-offer-bar-closed, plantenium-chat-seen and plantenium-cart-paying (session storage) – remember your unsent enquiry, your last search results for up to 3 hours, and whether you closed the offer bar or chat bubble. Cleared when you close the tab.
• Payment partners – when you pay, Razorpay, PayU or PayPal may set their own cookies on their payment window or page to process the payment securely and prevent fraud.

Visitors in Europe (the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland) get essential cookies only, so these are not loaded for them. Elsewhere:

• Instagram (Meta) – our Instagram posts on the home page and blog are loaded from Instagram, which can set Instagram cookies.
• Google sign-in prompt – the “Sign in with Google” pop-up offered to signed-out visitors is loaded from Google, which can set Google cookies.

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.

Blocking essential cookies in your browser can stop sign-in, the cart or checkout from working.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data. Questions: info@plantenium.com.
