Your data rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

• delete the personal data we hold about you,
• tell you what data we hold and how we use it,
• correct or update it,
• stop using it for offers and updates (withdraw your consent).

Send the form and we'll reply within 30 days. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm your identity before sharing or deleting anything. Some booking and payment records must be kept for 8 years under Indian tax law; we'll tell you if that applies.
