Montmartre was a village of windmills and vineyards before it became the home of Picasso, Renoir, Van Gogh and Toulouse-Lautrec. Your guide leads you through its cobbled lanes past the Bateau-Lavoir studios, the Moulin de la Galette and the Montmartre vineyard.

End at the white domes of the Sacré-Cœur with the best free view over Paris, and the painters at work in Place du Tertre.

  4. Timed tickets: arrive 15 minutes before your time slot. Late arrivals may be refused and are not refunded.
  5. Many French national museums and monuments are free for under-18s – where a child ticket isn't listed, children still need to queue with the adult and show ID.
  6. Bookings are valid only for the date and time on your voucher. To change, contact Plantenium before the day – changes depend on availability.
