- Prices are per ticket in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes. You pay the total shown at checkout – there are no hidden booking fees.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Your e-ticket or voucher is shared on email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking.

- Prices shown are adult rates unless a child ticket is listed. Children's rates and free-entry ages vary – ask us before booking for a child.
- Bookings are valid only for the date on your voucher. To change the date, contact Plantenium before the day – changes depend on availability.
- Outdoor activities, boats and festivals can change or be cancelled for weather or safety. If the operator cancels, you get a full refund or a new date.
