Indian passport holders apply for New Zealand's Visitor Visa online with Immigration New Zealand (paper forms are no longer accepted from 1 October 2026). The visa is issued electronically and linked to your passport.
Immigration New Zealand decides whether you get a multiple-entry visa (stays of up to 6 months in each 12-month period) or a single-entry visa (up to 9 months in an 18-month period). We prepare and check your documents, complete the online form and lodge it. The price includes the NZD 341 visa fee and the NZD 100 International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL).

How it works
- 1Choose your travel date and number of travellers, and pay securely online.
- 2Within 24 hours, our visa team contacts you on email and WhatsApp to collect your documents, then builds your file with a cover letter.
- 3We lodge your application with Immigration New Zealand and track it.
- 4If biometrics are requested, you give them at a VFS centre (a short visit) – we book the slot.
- 5The visa is emailed to you and linked to your passport.

Know before you go
- Apply at least 6 weeks before you travel.
- Fill in the free New Zealand Traveller Declaration before you fly.
Cancellation
Full refund if you cancel before we submit your application. Once it's submitted to the authorities, the visa fee and service charge are non-refundable, including if the visa is refused.
Terms & conditions
- Prices are per traveller in Indian Rupees (INR) and include the government visa fee, Plantenium's service charge and taxes. You pay the total shown at checkout.
- After payment, our visa team contacts you on email and WhatsApp within 24 hours to collect your documents securely. Nothing is couriered and – unless the visa page says otherwise – you don't need to visit an embassy.
- Processing times are the authorities' usual times, counted from when we have complete documents. They can take longer, especially around holidays.
- The decision to grant a visa rests only with the issuing government. Plantenium cannot guarantee approval or speed up a decision.
- Your details must match your passport exactly. Check your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your travel date and has at least 2 blank pages.
- Entry is finally decided by the immigration officer on arrival. Carry your visa, return ticket, hotel booking and enough money for your stay.
