Terms & Conditions
- Prices are fixed and include taxes and port charges on the services listed: ₹1,78,000 for 2 adults without visa (₹89,000 per person), or ₹1,86,000 with a Singapore visa for each traveller (₹93,000 per person). The minimum booking is 2 adults. Up to 4 travellers in one car can book online – 2 adults with up to 2 children (aged 11 or under), 3 adults with 1 child, or 4 adults – at the price shown for your group: transfers stay the same for the group, while hotel and activities are added for each extra traveller (a third adult on an extra bed, a fourth adult in a second room, children by age; infants free).
- This offer price is valid for trips that start on or before 15 December 2026, subject to availability on your dates.
- The price is for one double or twin room for two adults. For 3 adults we add an extra bed; for 4 adults, a second room. Younger children share the parents' bed and older children get an extra bed, following the hotel's child policy.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Our team then confirms your hotels and sends your hotel and activity vouchers on email and WhatsApp within 24 hours.
- The hotels are not fixed in advance. You stay at the four-star hotels named on this page or similar four-star hotels, chosen by our team for your dates and subject to availability.
- The day plan gives parts of the day, not clock times. Exact pickup and entry times are given on your vouchers, and the order of the days may change to match opening days, the weather and your flight times.
- Flights are not included. Share your flight details after booking so we can time your airport transfers.
- This trip must start on a Sunday. The 3-night Genting Dream cruise sails from Singapore on selected Tuesdays only, and its ports can be Melaka or Port Klang and Penang, or other ports the cruise line chooses.
- If there is no 3-night sailing in the week you book, or the sailing is full, our team contacts you within 24 hours to move your trip to the nearest sailing. If no date suits you, we refund your payment in full. This is the only case in which this package is refunded.
- You fly into Kuala Lumpur and out of Singapore. On the last day, book a flight that leaves Singapore after 6:00 PM. On the first day, arrive in Kuala Lumpur by midday to join the city tour.
- Indian passport holders need a Singapore visa that allows more than one entry, because the cruise leaves Singapore and returns. With visa: after booking we collect a passport copy, photo and the required form from each traveller. The decision rests with the Singapore authorities; if a visa is refused, the visa fee is not refunded.
- Check Malaysia's current entry rules for Indian passport holders, including the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card, which each traveller fills in online before arrival.
- The cruise line can change the route, ports and timings, or skip a port, for weather or operational reasons. Stateroom numbers are assigned by the cruise line.
- Cruise gratuities are charged to your on-board account by the cruise line and are not part of this price.
- Carry a passport valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
- This package is non-refundable. Once you have booked and paid, it cannot be cancelled and no refund is given, including for no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
This package is non-refundable once your cruise sailing is confirmed. The only exception: if there is no 3-night sailing for the week you booked and no other date suits you, we refund your payment in full. Please check your dates, the version you chose and the number of travellers carefully before you pay.
