Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are per person and depend on the hotel category and the size of your group: the bigger the group, the lower the price per person (except where a group moves from a van to a bus). The table on this page shows the price for each group size. Children count as travellers and pay the same price; travelling with a baby under 2? Message us before booking.
  • For group sizes between the ones listed, you pay the higher of the two prices around your group size. Groups of 2 to 36 travellers can book online; for bigger groups, send an enquiry.
  • Rooms are twin or double sharing (2 people per room) for 3 nights in Kathmandu. A group with an odd number of travellers gets one triple room (an extra bed in a twin room).
  • Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Our team then confirms your hotels and sends your vouchers on email and WhatsApp within 24 hours.
  • Hotels are confirmed by our team for your dates, in the category you chose (or similar), subject to availability.
  • Day plans are a guide. Sightseeing order and timings can change with traffic, weather, road conditions, temple timings and your flight times. Mountain views and sunrise depend on the weather and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Entrance tickets, temple and monument fees, park fees and cable-car tickets are not included unless listed under inclusions; you pay them on the spot.
  • Flights are not included. Share your flight details after booking so we can time your airport transfers.
  • Indian citizens don't need a visa for Nepal. Carry your Indian passport or voter ID card – Aadhaar is not accepted. Children without a passport can use a birth certificate.
  • Wear clothes that cover shoulders and knees at temples, and remove footwear where asked.
