- Prices are fixed and include taxes on the services listed: ₹88,000 for 2 adults without visa (₹44,000 per person), or ₹94,000 with a Vietnam e-visa for each traveller (₹47,000 per person). The minimum booking is 2 adults. Up to 4 travellers in one car can book online – 2 adults with up to 2 children (aged 11 or under), 3 adults with 1 child, or 4 adults – at the price shown for your group: transfers stay the same for the group, while hotel and activities are added for each extra traveller (a third adult on an extra bed, a fourth adult in a second room, children by age; infants free).
- This offer price is valid for trips that start on or before 15 December 2026, subject to availability on your dates.
- The price is for one double or twin room for two adults. For 3 adults we add an extra bed; for 4 adults, a second room. Younger children share the parents' bed and older children get an extra bed, following the hotel's child policy.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Our team then confirms your hotels and sends your hotel and activity vouchers on email and WhatsApp within 24 hours.
- The hotels are not fixed in advance. You stay at the four-star hotels named on this page or similar four-star hotels, chosen by our team for your dates and subject to availability.
- The day plan gives parts of the day, not clock times. Exact pickup and entry times are given on your vouchers, and the order of the days may change to match opening days, the weather and your flight times.
- Flights are not included. Share your flight details after booking so we can time your airport transfers.
- Indian passport holders need a visa for Vietnam. With visa: after booking we collect a passport copy and photo from each traveller and apply for the e-visa. The decision rests with the Vietnamese authorities; if a visa is refused, the visa fee is not refunded.
- The Ha Long Bay cruise depends on the weather. If the port authority cancels overnight cruises, we arrange a day cruise and a hotel night in Ha Long or Hanoi instead, and refund any difference in cost.
- The cruise route, cave and activities are set by the cruise company and can vary.
- The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed on some days and for yearly maintenance; the tour then sees it from outside.
- Carry a passport valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
- This package is non-refundable. Once you have booked and paid, it cannot be cancelled and no refund is given, including for no-shows.
