The Shard rises 310 m above London Bridge. High-speed lifts take you to the indoor gallery on floor 69 and the partly open-air level 72, with 360° views up to 60 km over the Thames, Tower Bridge and the City.

  2. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Your e-ticket or voucher, with your entry time, is shared on email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking.

  4. Timed tickets: arrive 15 minutes before your time slot. Late arrivals may be refused and are not refunded.
  5. Child prices follow the attraction's own age rules, checked at entry.
  6. Bookings are valid only for the date and time on your voucher. To change, contact Plantenium before the day – changes depend on availability.
