        Know Before You Go

        • You must reserve your entry time using the link on your voucher – we send it with your ticket.
        • Presentation seats open for reservation 2 hours before each show.
        • The multi-language tram boards only at Tram Station 5; arrive 10–15 minutes early.
        • Bring water, an umbrella and insect repellent, and wear comfortable shoes. Avoid flash photography.
        • No outside food. No re-entry once you leave. Wheelchairs are free; strollers can be rented.
        • Children under 3 enter free – tell us when you book.
