A 105-metre temple carved entirely from wood on the seafront, covered in sculptures of Hindu and Buddhist gods – still being carved today.

The Sanctuary of Truth is an astonishing wooden temple on the shore of Naklua, with every surface carved by hand. Work began in 1981 and the carvers are still adding to it.

Join a free guided walk inside, watch the craftsmen at work, and see dolphin shows and Thai cultural shows in the grounds (times vary).

  1. Prices are per ticket in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes. You pay the total shown at checkout – there are no hidden booking fees.
  2. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Your e-ticket or voucher is shared on email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking.
  3. Carry your passport; attractions and tour operators may check the lead traveller's ID against the booking.
  4. Child prices follow the attraction's own age and height rules, checked at entry. If a ticket type doesn't match, the difference may be charged there.
  5. Bookings are valid only for the date on your voucher. To change the date, contact Plantenium before the day – changes depend on availability.
  6. Opening hours, rides, shows and boat trips can change for weather, maintenance or holidays. If the operator cancels, you get a full refund or a new date.
