The bell tower of Pisa Cathedral began to lean during construction in the 1170s and now tilts about four degrees. Climb its spiral staircase to the bells at the top for views over the Field of Miracles and the red roofs of Pisa.

On the day trip from Florence, transport and a guided walk round the Cathedral and Baptistery are included, plus time for the classic 'holding up the tower' photo.

  • Children under 8 can't climb; 8-12s must hold an adult's hand.

  4. Timed tickets: arrive 15 minutes before your time slot. Late arrivals may be refused and are not refunded.
  5. Child prices follow the attraction's own age rules, checked at entry. Where under-18s enter free, they still need to come with the ticket-holding adult.
  6. Bookings are valid only for the date and time on your voucher. To change, contact Plantenium before the day – changes depend on availability.
