The London Eye turns slowly enough that it never stops – each rotation takes 30 minutes. From the glass capsules you see up to 40 km on a clear day, across Westminster, the City and the river.

Fast-track tickets use a separate, much shorter queue – worth it in summer and at weekends.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your visit (full refund to your original payment method). Timed tickets are non-refundable within 72 hours, and for no-shows.

  1. Prices are per ticket in Indian Rupees (INR) and include VAT. You pay the total shown at checkout – there are no hidden booking fees.
  2. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Your e-ticket or voucher, with your entry time, is shared on email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking.
  3. Carry your passport and a valid UK visitor visa (the UK is not in Schengen). Plantenium can help with your UK visa – see the Visa page.
  4. Timed tickets: arrive 15 minutes before your time slot. Late arrivals may be refused and are not refunded.
  5. Child prices follow the attraction's own age rules, checked at entry.
  6. Bookings are valid only for the date and time on your voucher. To change, contact Plantenium before the day – changes depend on availability.
