      Know Before You Go

      • Check in at least 1 hour before your flight; late arrivals may be rescheduled with a S$30 fee.
      • Minimum age 7. Under 18s need signed permission from a parent or guardian.
      • Weight limit: 120 kg if under 1.8 m tall, 140 kg if 1.8 m or taller.
      • Not possible during pregnancy or with past shoulder dislocations, back or neck injuries or heart problems.
      • Wear lace-up sneakers and comfortable clothes (no dresses or skirts), tie up long hair and remove jewellery. Goggles for glasses are available.
