An early pickup from your Chiang Mai hotel starts a scenic drive north through the mountains, with a stop at the Mae Kachan hot springs. In Chiang Rai you visit Wat Rong Khun, the White Temple – an extraordinary all-white artwork of a temple covered in mirrored glass and surreal sculpture – and Wat Rong Suea Ten, the Blue Temple, glowing sapphire and gold inside.

After a Thai lunch, continue to the Golden Triangle viewpoint on the Mekong River, where three countries meet, before the drive back to Chiang Mai in the evening.

  1. Prices are per ticket in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes. You pay the total shown at checkout – there are no hidden booking fees.
  2. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Your voucher is emailed to you, usually within 24 hours of booking.
  3. Carry your passport; operators may check the lead traveller's ID against the booking.
  4. Child and infant prices follow the operator's own age and height rules, which are checked on the day. If a ticket type doesn't match, the difference may be charged there.
  5. Bookings are valid only for the date on your voucher. To change the date, contact Plantenium before the day – changes depend on availability.
  6. Tours and boat trips can be changed or cancelled by the operator for weather, sea conditions or safety. If the operator cancels, you get a full refund or a new date.
  7. Thai national park fees, where mentioned as not included, are set by the government and paid in cash on the day.
