From the glass-walled indoor deck and the open-air terrace you look straight down on the Dubai Fountain, out to the Palm Jumeirah and the coast, and across the desert on clear days. Level 125 adds more viewing space and interactive displays. Choose a Prime Hours ticket for the sunset slot, or Non-Prime for a quieter, better-value visit.

Know Before You Go
- Entry is by time slot. After you book, our team contacts you on WhatsApp or email to confirm your preferred slot, which is printed on your e-ticket.
- Arrive 15-20 minutes before your slot; late arrivals may have to wait for the next available slot.
- Children under 4 enter free. Children up to 12 must be with an adult (18+).
- There is airport-style security screening. Large bags, tripods, food and sharp objects are not allowed.
- Sunset slots sell out fast, especially at weekends – book early.

- Prices are per ticket in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes. You pay the total shown at checkout – there are no hidden booking fees.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Your e-ticket or voucher is emailed to you, usually within 24 hours of booking.
- Carry a valid passport or Emirates ID for the lead traveller; the attraction may check it against the booking at entry.
- Child and infant prices follow the attraction's own age and height rules, which are checked at the gate. If a ticket type doesn't match, the difference may be charged there.
- Tickets are valid only for the date (and time slot, where applicable) on your voucher. To change the date, contact Plantenium before your visit – changes depend on availability.
- Opening hours, rides and shows are set by the attraction and can change at short notice (for example during Ramadan, public holidays, bad weather or maintenance). If the operator cancels, you get a full refund or a new date.
