Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time (full refund to your original payment method). Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.

Prices are per person in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes. You pay the total shown at checkout – there are no hidden booking fees.
Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Your voucher and the local operator's contact are shared on email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking.
Carry your passport. Indian passport holders can enter the Philippines visa-free for a short stay under current rules – check before you travel.
Prices shown are adult rates. Children's rates vary by tour – ask us before booking for a child.
Hotel pickup, where included, covers hotels in the city centre. Pickup times are confirmed the day before.
Bookings are valid only for the date on your voucher. To change the date, contact Plantenium before the day – changes depend on availability.
Mountain roads, boats and outdoor activities can be affected by weather. If the operator cancels, you get a full refund or a new date.
